Rates and Insurance

For individual sessions, I charge $155/therapeutic hour (50 mins).

I also offer 2- and 3-hour intensives for individuals wanting to get a jumpstart on fighting OCD and anxiety and are priced the same per therapeutic hour. These intensives allow for additional time to go over the psychoeducation material and provide the tools and resources necessary to begin one’s fight against OCD and anxiety. Intensives are followed up with traditional 50 min sessions.

While I am out of network and do not take insurance, I am happy to provide a superbill for clients to submit to insurance. Some insurance companies will cover a percentage of therapeutic sessions with out of network providers. You can give your insurance a call to see if you have “out of network benefits.”
